NAHLA will happily refund any product if a faulty or incorrect order is shipped to you if we are contacted within 2 days of you receiving the order.

In this case, NAHLA will pay for your return shipping charges and the standard shipping required to send you a new product.

Once we respond and validate the return, we will email you with the address you can ship your order to for refund.
